DTF Transfer Cold Peel Double Side Matte PET Film Roll Dtf Transfer Film
Printing Process: The DTF PET film is typically used in combination with DTF ink and hot melt adhesive powder. The design or pattern is printed onto the PET film using a suitable inkjet printer or other digital printing methods. The ink is then dried or cured, depending on the specific ink formulation.
Transfer to Fabric: Once the design is printed and dried on the PET film, it is placed onto the fabric with the printed side facing down. Heat and pressure are applied to activate the hot melt adhesive powder, which bonds the ink to the fabric. The PET film acts as a carrier, allowing the ink to transfer from the film onto the fabric during the activation process.
Removal of PET Film: After the activation process, the PET film is peeled away from the fabric, leaving the transferred ink or design behind. The ink becomes permanently bonded to the fabric, creating a durable and vibrant print.

Applications of DTF PET film
Heat Press Transfer: Place the DTF PET film with the printed side facing down onto the fabric. Apply heat and pressure using a heat press machine. The heat activates the adhesive layer on the PET film, allowing the ink to transfer from the film to the fabric. The pressure ensures proper adhesion and ink penetration into the fabric fibers.
Cooling and Peeling: After the transfer process, allow the fabric to cool down, which helps in setting the ink. Once cooled, carefully peel off the DTF PET film from the fabric, leaving the transferred design behind. Take care while peeling to avoid any damage to the print.
Post-Treatment (Optional): Depending on the ink type and fabric requirements, additional post-treatment steps may be necessary. This can include heat curing, washing, or other finishing processes to enhance the durability and washability of the print.
